Disable 'Full Report' option in Report Link?
I have a report viewable by EOTI. It's embedded in an iframe version of a form in edit view. The purpose is to allow a client to edit fields of their own client record, based on a link sent to them for sake of updating. I've got it nicely locked down where they can't get into other records, or ever see the Quickbase headers, EXCEPT...
I have two report links embedding simple table reports. The EOTI permissions are set in a strict manner where everything is functioning as I need. The report links though, have the 'Full Report' button at the top of the embedded table report. On the off chance a client clicks that 'Full Report' option, they are directed to a page that has a 'Home' button on it. If clicked, that is a gateway to see other clients' information.
I simply need to show a table of contacts and another table of related records on the client facing side. Is there any way to remove that 'Full Report' option? Or a better way to show related records in a view-only state? I can disable all editing functionality, but as long as that 'Full Report' option is there, I can't allow a client to access these links. Any ideas?
