Duplicate a Record

Hello,

My user wants to duplicate a record, I see the option to duplicate a record on my end as an Admin, but that option is not available to my user. I'm trying to look into the role settings but do not see anything that prevents the user from duplicating a record. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    My guess would be that the role that the user is in either has the "Hide Add Button/Links" set in the User Interface settings for the Role or else they actually do not have permission to Add records.
