duplicate results in a Formula - Multi-select Text field

I am getting duplicate results in a Formula - Multi-select Text field.  It looks like this: My formula and settings look like this:  Can anyone tell me how to eliminate the duplicate...

Can you roll these up to the parent table with a Summary(Combined Text) in the relationship then bring that new field back down if you need it in the Child Record?
