Dynamic Filters in New Beta (Feedback)

I've been playing with the new style Beta. and while there is some to like, there is some to not like.

While Clicking on Filters and then filtering on the column can be helpful, I sometimes need to filter on Blank/Empty dates, and the beta does not seem to give you that option. You try to leave the dates blank in the filter option , or put zero, it just fills back in with the oldest date in that column, and the newest date in the end column.

2nd, where are the dynamic filters? Many of my reports I used are set to use dynamic filters on fields that may not even be in the report itself, simply because it's a yes/no answer. Yet the beta has no spot I can find to select the dynamic filter.

Change for the better is good. Change for the worse is not, and doing away with Dynamic filters will be worse.
