Dynamic Filters

Please see screenshot.  Can any column in a report be configured to be used as a Dynamic Filter or how does QB set what columns are dynamic filters?

    If here are missing fields on the list of available fields for Dynamic Filters, then look at the field properties for that field and set the field to be "searchable".
