Dynamic rule: display message not popping up
So I created the following dynamic form rule: when record is openend and a checkbox is ticked, display a message.
The silly thing is that it only displays the message when i go into edit record. It doesnt come up with the message when I simply view the record. This is what I am trying to acheive:
Customer has a bad payment reputation. I want to check a box in his customer record. each time one of the staff want to create a new job for this customer, they must be alerted to the fact that he is a poor payer and must opt for cash.
Am i missing something?
