Embedding translator into QB form

I am looking to create a QuickBase native form but embedding a translator that would translate fields names as well as options within multiple choice fields.

    I've found that if you're using Chrome, you can use the built in Translate functions and it works great! No matter what language the user needs, it translates for them.
