EOTI Form users not triggering rules

I have EOTI Form users (Anonymous). When they finish a form they check a box. I have A Dynamic Form Rule set to trigger and change another field  to submitted. It is not triggering the change on the EOTI user. But is trigging on regular users. Any help would be appreciated.

    Does the EOTI Role have access to modify values in that that field?  ie have you set field level permissions?  If so, the Form Rule is operating under the permissions of the EOTI user.

      That was the issue I had restricted the field to "View". I changed it to "Modify" and it works as intended. thank you for your help.
