I was looking into this. Never settled on the solution I liked best, but if you use Juiced Add-ons, their Exact Form Plus Add-On can download and present QR codes in many different ways, I suspect one would work for your use case.

    Thank Mike!  Yes Exact Forms Plus can do exactly that.  See the attached PDF created using Exact Forms Plus.

    From this record, click on the Labels tab and then click the "Create Task Labels" button
    The QRCode is designed to display the associated task record in this app when scanned.
