Find duplicate fields in a table

I have a table where the records have details of line items processed by a Bot. The Bot at times fails at processing a line item and the record captures the line item details and marks it as failed. The same line item may be processed multiple items until it succeeds. I do have a field that captures the line number. 

How would I create a report with just unique line items?
