Formula %

Please help, it almost works but if my [Customer Mode] is not 'TL' it is not putting in a '0' and I also would like the percentage to come back in a whole number - for example it is returning 0.80438 and I want it in the field as 80.4%.  The formula that is half correct is attached.

    What type of field is Customer Mode and what are all of the options inside it?

    To get the number you want you might have to multiply it by 100, unless there are some field options you see that may control that. I would try that and see if you have any issues with any records.
