Formula based on a field modified or not

Hi,

we are in a need of formula in one case as below.

two Fields A & B we have.

We would like to have a formula if A is modified B will be checked else B will be unchecked.

How can we fulfill this team?

    There are different options depending on your situation. 

    Can you tell me if A is a Data Entry field or a formula field (including bring a lookup or summary field).

    Also, will your Users be doing entry just on Forms,  or also grid edit. Will you be importing data?
