Formula Help - Getting a Field Name based on Maximum value

Question

Here is my formula, which returns the value of the maximum. But I'd like the field name of the maximum:

If([Sample Size]>1,ToText(Max([Bird Damage],[Bruise],[Corking],[Decay],[Discoloration],[Growth Crack],[Hail Damage],[Insect Damage],[Leaf/Limb Rub],[Mechanical],[Mixed Sizing?],[Mold],[Open Suture],[Potato Skin],[Russeting],[Scar],[Shriveled],[Silvering],[Slip Skin],[Soft],[Soft Tip],[Speckling],[Split Pit],[Staining],[Stem Pull],[Sun Burn],[Undersize],[Worm],[Worm Hole],[Glass/Metal/Rocks/etc.])),null)

Try this, assuming that you already have a field called [max Value] to calculate the Maximum

Case([Max Value],

[Bird Damage], "Bird Damage",
[Bruise], "Bruise",
etc
[Glass/Metal/Rocks/etc.], "Glass/Metal/Rocks/etc."))
