Your formula seems to have syntax errors so I'm surprised it saved.

 

If(

[Audit Type] = "Standard Monthly", [Verint ID],

[Audit Type]= "New Hire", [Verint ID],

[Audit Type]= "Soft-Landing", [Verint ID])
