Gantt Charts: How to review Group Header Font and Color

Hoping someone can help with this problem.   We are rolling out new app to executive users in 2 weeks and need a more presentable Gantt Chart.   

As the picture attached shows, the Phase summary bar at the top of the Gantt chart is a smaller font and has a tiny gray bar.   Is there any way to revise the group header font and bar height and color on gantt charts?
