I need to estimate hours, so my start time is [Date created] and my end time is when [checkbox field] changes = true.
So I need this last hour to subtract it from [Date created].

Qrew LegendOK, so the start date/time is [Date Created] and the end time is [Date / Time checkbox was checked] .
So to get the number of hours as a numeric formula field type you can subtract and convert to the # of hours.
ToHours([Date / Time checkbox was checked]- [Date Created])​

Is it possible that when [Checkbox field] = true, other fields capture the exact time it was activated ?
For example
if([Checkbox field] = true, now())
But the Now() updates it to the current date, not which one was activated.

------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouNo, you cannot use a formula like that because it will always return the current date/time, and as they say "Time waits for no man", so would just keep changing.
