Going Through User Clean Up?
Going through our users I have noticed that many have a status of "Unregistered". What does this actually mean. Has the user never been in QB?

- Hello Mizuno,
When you invite a user to a QuickBase account for the first time, they'll receive an email that will ask them to create a password/login for that account. What 'unregistered' means is that the user has not clicked through on the email that prompts them to create a password to log in to a QuickBase account. If they need to create a password and can't find that email, submit a support case to let us know and we'll be happy to resend it; otherwise, clicking that link is all they'll need to do to register and log in to the account.

QuickBase Customer Care- Is there no way for us to re-send the invite without opening a support case?
- So your saying they maybe actively using QB, but just didn't click through on the email that was sent as an invitation?
