Unfortunately, I am not familiar with a way to use Grid Edit in conjunction with the mobile app. It is possible to switch to full site mode in a mobile browser, but it can be a bit clunky to try to use Grid Edit functionality in that kind of set up. It is possible someone here on the Community uses a custom built solution to help with that. If being able to do Grid Editing or Inline editing on the mobile app would be helpful for you I would definitely suggest adding that as feedback on our User Voice.
User Voice is the tool our product team uses to track customer interest in enhancements to our current features and new features. The Quick Base User voice can most easily be accessed from the My Apps page in Quick Base by clicking on the orange Feedback tab that appears on the right of the page or at
http://quickbase.uservoice.com by signing in with your Quick Base credentials. (I'm sure you are familiar with User Voice but wanted to put that here for future community members that might stumble on this conversation).
