Grid Edit on Report Link with Group A to Z related field
When I have a report link with a related field that is grouped, and then you hit 'Grid Edit', it adds on two fields on the very left. The Related Field (numeric), as well as the related field proxy (if that is what the grouping is by).
I understand the need for one of these fields (if it is grouped, then you grid edit, you may have no idea to which each record belongs).
Two questions:
1. Has anyone figured out a way to eliminate the numeric field?
2. Has anyone figured out how to overwrite the column headings? Right now, it just shows the field name which can be long and ugly, especially on related fields. I tried to set up a new form, and override grid edit settings by report, but didn't have luck. I keep thinking there is a way to do it by using the override settings, but perhaps I haven't figured it out?
