HELP! Broken relationship possibly - reports empty

Question

I was working in a table with relationship to another table. I think I might have changed something I shouldn't have...possibly even deleted a relationship that I shouldn't have. I need some help to see what I did (behind the scenes) and restore to original status. Thank you
