Highlight changes like Word does for "Track Changes"

Question

Does anyone know if a QSP who has an add on or custom code which can compare two text fields to highlight changes?

I have a client who is essentially looking for functionality similar to what Word can do in comparing two documents, except in this case it would be to compare the "before" and "after" values in two fields a child table which is an Audit Log of changes to a particular tracked field on a Parent table.

I have only done this manually with a List-Text formula that compares the values in two fields; and then if there is a difference, outputs a text value with the field name that has changed. Obviously if there are a lot of fields; this might not be the best solution. I have not implemented a larger-scale solution for anyone either like this.

Thx Laura, My client is looking to highlight changes or differences between two free form "Before" and "After" paragraphs. I know that this will take some custom script code or add on.
