Highlight Duplicate entry on Report

Looking for a formula that will highlight if a Name Populates twice on a report.  We are having employees log into projects to track time.  Sometimes our employees forget to log out and start a new project.   

Appreciate any help on this.

    I am not well versed with the formula - so I hope someone can help you there.

    But, to avoid this situation of not entering the log out time, can you insert a dynamic rule in the form to say when the user is modifying the record, make the end field a required field to enter the date to close
