how can i download my shift calendar into a workable excel spreadsheet? When printing, the outcome is unusable

Difficulties in obtaining a standard excel format for my shift calendar - all attempts to use the website to download/print the spreadsheet have been pointless

I probably don't have answer for you as to how to get it into excel.  Why do you want it in excel, why not just save as a PDF?  ie print to PDF?  But out of curiosity,  how are you even "downloadng it" to excel?
