how can I keep a track of users visiting my application along with a time stamp?

You will not be able to track individual visitors if you are using the "Everyone on the Internet" function.

You would need them to perform some unique action or an edit, and capture the time-stamp at that time.  But you still have now true way of knowing if it was them or somebody else.
