How do I add tags to get my post replied to?

I submitted a post 4 hours ago and no-one has responded, but lots of people have responded to subsequent posts.
I notice other posts have tags, I could see no-where to add these. 

How do I get replies to my post??

    Hi Jemma,

    You can add tags to your post by using the # sign followed by the name of your tag. There is a list of formal tag we have created you can see at the bottom of your search under Product - Formal or you can create your own. Also as the community manager I usually go through a few times a day to add tags when people forget to. Unfortunately if you ask a tough question it can at times take a while, even with tags, to get a response from the community if someone doesn't have an answer handy. I hope that helps.
