How do I calculate if a person is 30 or under by the end of the current year?

How do I calculate if a person is 30 or under by the end of the current year if I know his/her birth date and the date of the last date of the current year? I am thinking of using a rich text formula field.

[Over 30? By End of Year] is a Checkbox formula field with this definition:AdjustYear([DOB], 30) &lt;= LastDayOfYear(Today())

Thank you...FYI, this calculates over 30 not under 30.
