How do i make a User field display as First Name Last Name

I have a user field which currently displays as Last Name, First Name (e.g. Stephens, Matt). The drop down choice is also Last Name, First Name. How can I make this First Name Last Name (e.g. Matt...

Sweet. That was easy. Thanks! Do you know of any way to set this as a default at a more global level (app or realm)?
