- DavidHaweQrew TraineeTo delete individual records, open in Edit mode and click the red X marked delete towards the upper right. If you open in View mode the Delete is under More towards the upper right.
If you want to delete multiple records and can filter a report to show just those records, you can find Delete under More towards the upper right. - TorrRasTorrRasQrew MemberThanks for responding to me so quickly. I am trying to delete multiple records at once. Delete isn't listed under more. Below, I've copied and pasted what shows up under "more" on my screen. Please help.

Search & replace in these records...

Change reporting defaults... - DavidHaweQrew TraineeIf delete does not show, it would appear you do not have permission to delete in your role. I can only assume at this point that you are not the application administrator. My best advice at this time is to fine the application administrator withing your organization to delete the records or adjust your permissions.
- TorrRasTorrRasQrew MemberI am the application administrator. I checked that. I am using the software on a free trial and I am the only one in my organization using it. I am the only one with an ID. Any other thoughts? thanks for your help so far.
- DavidHaweQrew TraineeI am a little stumped. Try going to Customize this report next to More then scroll to bottom under options and make sure "Edit from this report" is checked.
Also, if you click on Users then Manage roles, make sure the Admin role has Delete checked in green - XavierFanQrew CadetAlso check that "Hide Multi-record Options" is not checked for that table for your role.
App Settings > Role > [your role - probably Administrator] > User Interface tab > Hide Multi-record Options - VladVladQrew Member
Not sure whether that functionality has been disabled in recent releases over the years, but I am also unable to work/delete multiple records from within the report view (admin). Have to click individual records and delete manually. Isn't there a more efficient option?
- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainMost things that you want to do in Quick Base which are not intuitive are under the little More .. at the top right. If you run a report of the records that you want to delete there is a delete option under that button off the report screen.

I am experiencing the same limited view as posted above. There is no "delete" option, see attached
- VladVladQrew MemberOk, found the workaround from the "Grid Edit" view where it is possible to mass select and delete multiple records. That one did the trick. Thanks.
