How to calculate the data and list the top 5 with others?

I had uploaded our three years sales records by customer and item category.  I want to sum sales revenue by categories and create the pie chart that just show top5 items or customers, then sum the rest to "others"?

    To do this natively you will need three tables to summarize the data up, and pass more information back down to make your report on the original table.

    You posted this a while ago, so you might have come up with a solution on your own or are you still looking for more guidance?
