How to switch My QuickBase connection owner

Question

I recently became the application owner but the My QuickBase connection owner is still the previous user. This prevents me from viewing the connection and making changes to refresh options etc.

I've asked the previous user to check if there's a way to transfer the connection ownership but he couldn't find a way to reassign, please help.

In the old Quickbase UI there was an option to reassign ownership of a Quickbase to another individual...which I am also trying to figure out now. Any update to having this option available? Appreciate your help!

Caro, you are confusing this post which relates to a QuickBase Sync table and transferring the ownership of a whole Application.

To Transfer an application to a new owner, go to
Home
Settings
App Management
... and near the bottom look for Transfer app.
