How to use a User List with a Kanban Report

I have a table with service orders.  Each service order could have up to 6 technicians assigned to it.  I use a Kanban report to show which service orders are assigned to which service orders & filter it to only show service orders scheduled for Today().  However, right now, I am only able to show 1 technician assigned to the service order (using a User Field).  Is there a way to user a UserList field and still use a Kanban report to show which services orders are assigned to which technicians and scheduled for Today()?
  • Hi Amber,

Unfortunately, currently our Kanban reports do not work with a User List field. They are designed to line up with processes where things move from one stage to another, or one user to another so that the cards movement automatically updates the field value. If you feel that a type of report that allows you to use the Kanban process but assign values to a record for multiple List Users I would suggest submitting that feedback to our User Voice. User Voice is a tool our Product Development team use to track feedback from our users on desired features or enhancements. The Quick Base User voice can most easily be accessed from the My Apps page in Quick Base by clicking on the orange Feedback tab that appears on the right of the page or at http://quickbase.uservoice.com by signing in with your Quick Base credentials. Thank you for your time and I hope this information is helpful.
