I am trying to integrate QuickBase with RedCloud dialer.

We are using the RedCloudinc.com dialer for telemarketing and QuickBase for our CRM.  RedCloud has the ability to display a web form.  We would like to use a link from the dialer to display the correct record and update the information.  We have tried adding the record id's to the dialer and used the url that displays the record but we get an error trying to display the record.

    What is the URL that you are using for the embedded web form?  They're might have to be a user token AND a user ticket involved if the dialer changes the IP address or has any other IP filtering.
