I need to save multiple records in quick base database in one go? Could any one help me with this?

You can use import function of QuickBase (if your data is in a spreadsheet).

Or Grid edit is a great tool.

Make a report with your data entry columns filtered by Record Iener is the Current User and fate created us today.

Then all users can run that report and put it in Grid edit mode.

What kind of records?  How many is "multiple"? What is the use case?  What is the process surrounding the need to create multiple?

There are a few different ways to do the mass creation, but your use case might call for one in particular.
