I need to sort text numbers in a table report with records with Article and Section numbers

I need to sort text numbers in a table report with records from a 800 page agreement with Article numbers 1 - 20 and Section numbers that go up to x.21. So when I have Article 3 Section 3.13, I want it to be after 3.12 not before 3.20

    Hold on....I think I came up with a solution...
    Instead of 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 ......3.9, 3.10
    I put a zero in front of single numbers after the decimal:

    3.01, 3.02, 3.03 .......3.09, 3.10

    It worked. Just won't correspond exactly with the numbers in the print document.
