I would like to identify duplicate records in one table

Question

I have a text field titled Building Name and I would like to identify duplicate values in the Building Name field. I also would like to know how many for each - particularly in a summary report. Do I perform this with a formula query? If so , how?

Formula Query is 1 way , &nbsp;Personally I export to excel with RID, highlight in excel and introduce a new field isDuplicate and reimport back.
