Is it possible to create a field that will log edits in any field on a record?

Hi,&nbsp;I am wondering if it is possible to create a field that will log any changes made to any field on a record? The idea is that this field would then create a log of changes on its own table.&nbsp;I am currently achieving this by having an email sent to myself any time that a change is made. This worked fine for a while, but as our app gets larger and more data is entered, my email is starting to get pretty full.&nbsp;Suggestions for other options would be great as well if the logging field is not possible.&nbsp;Thanks! :)

I suggest routing the emails to a gmail box. &nbsp;Gmail holds a lot and has great search ability.
