is there a log in QB where we can see who has modified master tables/changed fields in the table (added/removed fields) or imported table

is there a log in quickbase where we can see who has modified master tables or changed fields in the table (added/removed fields) or imported table.

Someone has changed our master table in our application, and we need to see who, how or to find a log where we could see these changes. Does anyone know how this can be investigated, or found in a log?
