Issue using AI Smart Builder for Pipelines

I am trying to use the AI Smart Builder to build a pipeline. I tried a very simple request to start off but the builder just seems to hang there in the "Initializing" state forever.

The text I entered to seed the AI builder was:

"when a new record is added to the Change Mangement Attachments table in the <abcdefg> app, send an email to the person that created the record."
