It is possible to import all fields and notification settings from a table in one app to another?

We were doing some functionality testing in a copy of our current app and built out a ton of fields, forms, notifications, and reports. Now we want to merge all of that functionality with our up to date app. Is there a good way to import or upload all of that functionality?
