List in RTF field doesn't display on form

I have a table with a key field and a RTF text field (which is in the parent table).

I have a child table form which allows the user to select a specific key value from a dropdown list containing the key field values.  

The form displays the text field associated with the key field.   This is all working as desired.

If the RTF text field contains a list, the text partially displays; the text before the list displays but the list and the remaining text do not.

I changed the list to just individual lines and they display as desired.  I tried putting in a blank line in the RTF and the text after the blank line displays.  Seems like when I make the lines a 'list' from the RTF choices, the text does not display.

Is this expected?  Known?  Bug?
