Looking for a developer to integrate Zillow data into a QB app

I want to create a report page that shows a map view of a number of fixed locations. When you click on a site it goes to a page that lists the site details (i.e. address, site code etc). I want to also show all the properties within a X mile radius for sale using Zillow data.
