New verified user doesn't appear in company user list
I added a user, the user registered using the verification email, but the user isn't in the company user list. The user can log in, but no apps are available. Please help.

- Jonny QuickBase provided guidance. I created the user from the Provision Users menu in the Manage Billing Account section, so the user wasn't assigned to an application. I went into an application and added the new user to the user database and now it works fine. Thanks Jonny!
