Old Field Choices

Hi All,
Let's imagine a scenario where you need to update choices for existing multi-choice fields. Let's say we updated the one of the encoding options to "Unicode (UTF-8)" instead of "UTF-8." How would you ensure that existing tickets (previously showed the old choice now show the updated new choice)?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

    You would search or create a temporary report to show the invalid entries which need to be updated.

    Then use either Grid Edit, taking advantage of the ability to edit the top row field and then clicking the column heading to highlight the column and then right click to fill down.

    Alternatively, if here are too many to easily Grid Edit, or else in view mode, use the Search and Replace off he "more" button.
