Outlook Pipeline

My customer want to be able to send a "draft" email to himself; EDIT the email content and then send it along to an email address of HIS customer.  Am I going to be able to accomplish this using the Outlook channel in pipelines?  I have not yet tried the Outlook pipeline yet...just looking to see if this effort can be accomplished with this tool.  Many thanks.
