Overwrite Field Data in a Connected Table, that are not part of the connection.

I have a connected table that refreshes daily from another table within the same application.
In the connected table, I have 3 fields of data that users can interact with.

I'm wondering if there is a way, when the connection refreshes, to also refresh and clear out any entries made in the 3 editable fields in the connected table?
