Periodic Maintenance App for Forklifts

Greetings

I am new today to Quick base (QB) as of today. I am trying to navigate to an area of QB where I can find an existing app for Periodic Maintenance of forklifts and other equipment. I cant find where in QB there sample templates. Thank you.

    Welcome to Quick Base.  It is a great platform.  I have been using Quick Base since 2002.  Under the MY Apps tab at the right side there is a link to Explore Sample apps, but I do not see any there for Periodic Maintenance.  I come from warehouse distribution background, so I understand what you probably need.

    I have a simple app that I can copy and transfer to you.  It could get you started. Contact me directly by email
