Pipeline cross realms?

Can I use a pipeline across realms?

If I partner with another company that also uses QuickBase, and I want a trigger that says, if a record is created in realm A, table A, create record in realm B, table B - is this possible?

I suspect it would require admin rights in both? Or at least some sort of user token from both?

I currently have a user license in both, if that helps....
