Print Map Report to PDF?

Is it possible to print a map report to PDF? Additionally, is it possibly to view a map report full screen? I know you can &ifv=1, but that still shows basically a widescreen/letterbox type view.

    I haven't dealt with Map reports much... but as converting anything QB into a pdf, that will almost certainly require some codepages/JavaScript work
