Project Manager Plus (Microsoft Project Starter)

Has anyone used this program?  The tagline for the app says "Use this application to quickly turn all of your Microsoft Project plans into a QuickBase application."  However, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to import an MPP file into this app.  There is no documentation or resources that come with this app.  Can anyone help me get started?
