Pull values from a report into an external dropdown

I need to take the values of a report with one column and pull them into an input dropdown that's on our company website. I am unsure how to do this.

Is it possible to have a webhook update a text file on the website and then refer the dropdown to this text list or is that impractical?

    Roughly how many choices do you think you will amass in your website dropdown? Will new choices be added regularly, or is it a relatively static list to choose from?

      The list is a list of open requisitions for jobs, so it does need to be updated on a regular basis but we're probably only talking about 5-10 items.
